Exhibitor Sign up Information

We are anticipating about 400 attendees.  We have available 20 plus booths located in an adjacent foyer area outside the theatre.  These booths will allow our clients to meet you and investigate what you have to offer. We will be introducing all the booths at the beginning of the event and encouraging attendees to visit the booths during the breaks and over lunch.

The criteria are as follows:

  • There will be a $500 Cdn + GST fee, payable upon submitting the attached application
  • Invoices are available upon request.
  • The booth will consist of a 6’ draped table with 2 chairs.
  • The booth MUST be set up for the entire event. Setup will be available at 9:00am; doors open at 9:30; event runs until 5:00pm.
  • Someone MUST be in attendance at the booth during all the breaks.
  • Have your marketing materials displayed and well presented on your table.
